Single User License Products: CertifyTeacher.com is owned by Simulados® Software. The standard license offered by Simulados® Software is a Single User license, which means that only the owner, purchaser of the software, has the legal right to use the product. The purchaser cannot sell, lease, sub-lease, transfer or distribute the software to any other person or entity without authorization from Simulados® Software.
In order to encourage quality software development, it is important to follow software licensing guidelines. Because of the unique nature of exam simulation software products, our licensing is different from most productivity software products.
The unique nature of exam simulation products is in their limited life. Once you have used the product and passed the exam, you have extracted the value from the product. Therefore, it is easy to pass the software on to others. For this reason, our licensing does not allow transference of ownership in any way. If that were allowed, our business would not be able to sustain the cost of developing Simulados® Software products.
Download: System key is required to activate products that are downloaded. Although you can install the software in any computer you wish, this system key will allow the product to run in only one computer of your choice. One clear advantage of the Download method besides the price is that you can start studying right away. No need to wait. With easy-to-follow steps, you can order your product online. After credit card approval you can download the software, install it in your PC and start studying right away.
CD-ROM: Some customers prefer to have a CD-ROM to install the software to their computer instead of downloading the product off the Internet for the installation.
Free shipping and handling via First Class Mail to anywhere in the state of Texas is included with the CD-ROM price. However, if time is of essence the customer can select another delivery method from the FEDEX options we offer during the purchase process, however the customer will have to pay for that selection. Even with the CD-ROM order we do send customers, in the Confirmation of Purchase e-mail, a Special Code to download the product off our website while his/her CD-ROM is being shipped. This way the customer has the option of start studying right away.

Return Policy
For Mail/FedEx/Shipments - Simulados® Software will accept unopened products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for refund or exchange once a system key has been issued. If part of a specially bundled product is returned, the price of the specially bundled product is forfeited and any products of the bundle retained by the customer revert to their individual price. Simulados® Software will credit the remaining amount due.
For Electronic Delivery - Simulados® Software will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or for electronic activation once a system key has been issued. Simulados® Software does not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, the customer has the option to have the product(s) delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for any/all shipping and handling charges.
